Exercising and aging; does exercising make you age more slowly? If you are physically fit, you notice how you feel vs. when you are out of shape. You have more energy, you can do more and you are tired less. Could it also be true that fitness helps you age more slowly? According to the NY Times, there is some evidence saying that fitness will help us with the aging process. It is true that senior citizens who stay active have more energy and large companies have gyms noting their fit employees feel better, are more productive and are likely to have fewer health problems.
